At Onawa
Cutshall Photography, we are dedicated to providing high
quality images of each individual animal. Because we
specialize in horses, we have the knowledge and
experience to get beautiful photographs of your horse.
The
photographer, Onawa Cutshall, has been photographing
horse shows since 1995. Onawa received her Bachelor's
degree in Art (with photography as a specialty) in 1999
from the University of New Mexico. She later pursued
graduate studies in the History of Photography from the
University of California, Riverside as the History of
Photography fellow. While there, she assisted in the
"Rearview Mirror" exhibition at the California Museum of
Photography.
A fourth
generation photographer, Onawa worked in a photo lab for
6 years as a lab technician, custom printer, and
retouching old and damaged photos using Adobe PhotoShop.
She has had her photographs exhibited in galleries in
Maryland, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, and her
photographs have illustrated books, magazine articles,
corporate annual reports, a calendar, and a catalog.
Her love of
horses comes from riding and showing them since the age
